First snowfall of the year and it was a doozy! Working from home all week, watching forecasts constantly change as what is "supposed" to happen doesn't, and several inches of the fluffy white stuff to romp in.

Pastel Yacht
Sadly, I cannot make out the name or flag, so I have nothing for you other than these pictures and to say that this a beautiful yacht. I think the light, steely blue adds to her beauty, like an aircraft carrier or Navy ship is part of her heritage.

Like They Own the Place
Coming through the canal, and then parks it right in the middle of the lake like they own the place. Then again, maybe they do...
Evviva is a Westport 164 megayacht. I'm not going to bother trying to summarize a rather lengthy and interesting article posted online over at powerandmotoryacht.com, just head over to read it and check out the extra pictures including shots of the deck, interior and outfitted with a heli tender.
Further reading confirms that the owner, in fact, does not actually own Lake Union. He actually owns Bayliner, the boat manufacturer.

Golden Gardens
Most sunny (not raining) days during the week, Zephyr and I go to the beach to play. It is beautiful out there!

Instituto Oceanographico
What a nasty day to be out working on the water.
This is a Brazilian research vessel assisted by Fremont Tugboat Co. It's hard to tell from the pictures, but it is getting tugged backwards out the canal to Shilshole Bay. As she's a foreign vessel, I have no naval registration information to share with you.
